Brand, name and tagline for an affordable housing project owned by ALCO, a global real estate company. Villa Pacifica explain in its motto proximity, "más cerca de todo" (closer to everything) talks about the most important and key aspect of the project.
The logo denotes harmony between its elements. The icon of the brand is semicircular, it includes in its shape a house, a sun that rises in the east, buildings and blank spaces (connoting possibilities).
